01 · Origin

Elitesgen Academy has been running programs out of partner facilities for years: pools, courts, pitches, gyms, every one with its own front desk and its own paper card. Members were juggling WhatsApp groups and cash envelopes to book a lane or settle a session fee. The Academy's partners needed a better member experience than that, and our members needed one card they could actually carry everywhere.

02 · What we built

Egen Active is one app that opens every partner facility. It handles bookings in under ten seconds, tracks every visit on a receipt you can actually read, and surfaces a social layer so you know who else is swimming at 5:45 in lane three. It runs on the same backend the Academy built to keep every subscription, instructor schedule, and attendance log in one place.

03 · Who it's for

Individuals who want more than a gym subscription. They want a group, a game, a streak. Organizations who want to give their people real facility access without a monthly spreadsheet. Facility partners who want fewer front-desk queues and more members walking in. All three on the same rails, with one set of receipts.
